January each year, the city of London hosts the world’s largest gathering of education and skill ministers. Education World Forum brings together delegates from about 90 countries, representing over two-thirds of the world’s population to debate future education policy. The 2020 Theme is One generation – what does it take to transform education?

To achieve the EWF vision, part of the approach includes building partnerships, coalition and cooperation across governments and between departments. York Press participation at this year’s forum comprised strategic sidelined meetings with industry leaders, ministers of Education and heads of Education parastatals from different countries including Nigeria.  

The event was three days of insight and inspiration from industry pioneers, policymakers and experts. Many sessions given by education ministers as part of the evaluation of education’s common issues and challenges.
